Like its namesake, long-time organic farmer and seedsman John Bauer, this one-of-a-kind variety will win you over immediately. Bauer has a compact habit with excellent fill, offering harvest flexibility at multiple sizes. Leaves are thick, crunchy and sweet. Consistent with our full Vitalis assortment, Bauer has been selected under organic conditions and is widely adaptable, with the highest level of downy mildew resistance.
