Watermelon Cracker Jack (E26C.00063) Description: Cracker Jack (E26C.00063) has a very strong plant, that emerges well in the greenhouse as a transplant and continues to provide a strong vine throughout the growing season. The uniformly setting blocky oval fruit, offers a firm flesh with a very deep red internal color when cut. Cracker Jack has an early maturity of 81 - 83 days. Average weights are from 15 to 19 lbs. Characteristis: Type: dark Crimson Stripe. Flesh color: deep red. Average weight: 15 - 19 lbs. Size: mostly 45’s with some 36’s. Maturity: early, around 81 to 83 days. Vine: strong vine, providing good fruit cover. Setting: 2 - 3 fruits per plant. Brix: 12° - 13°.
