Spinach and Arugula Spinach Yukon Yukon is a dark green spinach variety with smooth leaves. It is fast growing and ideal for babyleaf production. Resisitances: HR: Pfs:1-12,14-16 IR: Pfs:13 Arugula Letizia Letizia has intermediate resistance to downy mildew and exceptionally thick medium-green leaves that are smooth and lobed. It is fast with a higher yield compared to other wild arugula varieties and has a good shelf life after processing. Resistances: IR: Hp Yukon Tricia Tricia is a very fast variety with good uniformity, medium serrated leaves, and upright growth for easy harvest.
